Teka Group launches www.teka.com and, for the first time, all Teka brands and products are shown under the same website.
2011
Teka introduced a renovated and more modern image this year. It is also the year of social networks' launching with both Youtube and Facebook (Spanish) accounts, reaching thousands followers in a short period of time.
2010
110 years Mofém factory (Hungary) anniversary. New Teka Industrial facility in Kaiping (China). BWR (Barcelona World Race) ends in June this year with a brillian second position for Teka ship.
2009
Vitrogar, the company of the group specialized in vitrified opens its first center of production outside Spain. In only 9 months Vitrogar Weihai begins its production . It is the second factory of the group in the Asian country. This same year the agreements of sponsorship for the Motocross World Championship are signed. Teka becomes official sponsor for the Motocross World Championship, Barcelona World RACE and the Teka Suzuki Team.

Opening of the first factory in China, in the city of Kaiping, dedicated to the production of faucets.

Teka is introduced in the digital world with www.teka.com, one of the few spaces that we had left to conquer. Also in this year, a branch in Bulgaria is constituted and two manufacturing companies of kitchens in Italy and Turkey, the companies Zepa and Simeco are acquired.

Faithful to their strategy of world-wide implantation, branchs in Korea, China, Russia, Australia, Emirates Árabes and Ecuador are opened.

Teka Shanghai is born.

In the United States of America, Teka USA is constituted.
1999
The American market is extended setting up in Venezuela the Andean Teka company, in which Teka Industrial participates mainly. In Europe Teka acquires the German brand of electric home appliances Küpperbusch and their factory of Gelserkirchen.
1998
New branchs in Czech Republic and Hungary are constituted. Casa Buades participates in a company in Austria (Swiag) and constitutes another one in Germany, Teka Sanitärtechnik.
1997
Teka Industrial acquires the company Teka Küchentechnik - previously property of Thielmann -, in the German city of Oelde. In this year Teka also constitutes a branch in Poland, Teka Polska
1994
Process of fusion by absorption between the societies Equinox and Teka. Equinox disappears as society happening to integrate in Teka Industrial S.A. Continues with the manufacture of hoods for domestic use.
1994
To the conquest of the Asian market: Teka establishes his first branch in Thailand. In the following 3 years branchs in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia are opened. The sponsorship of the Handball Club Cantabria finalizes. Although Teka stops appearing like sponsor, Teka will continue giving support to the team until 2008.

Casa Buades acquires the Mofem Group of Hungary, dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of faucets.

Teka produces its first chimney hood.

Real Madrid: This same year we were released sponsoring Real Madrid C.F. A relation that will extend during 9 years. We became champions of Europe and the World.

Teka Industrial constitutes two new branchs in Mexico and Greece.

The Teka Group buys the faucets factory Casa Buades of Mallorca, iintroducing itself to the catalogue the first faucets with Teka brand. This same year Casa Buades acquires the Mofem Group of Hungary, also dedicated to the same activity
1988
A branch in Istambul (Turkey) is created - Teka Teknik Mutfak Aletleri Sanays ve Ticaret AS -. This same year the construction of the plant of manufacture of sinks in Cerkezköy begins, also in Turkey.
1987
First branch in the United Kingdom: Teka Products. This same year Teka acquires the Sitre Group in Madrid, whose activity is framed in the electronic and communications sector.

Our head-office in Madrid begins to operate, it is located in the Marquess of Salamanca Square.

Teka acquires a majority participation in Thor Ibérica (Barcelona).

When still the microwaves were a stranger in Europe, Teka begins to make it in Teka Portugal. Consolidation of the industrial and commercial activity in Germany, Portugal and Spain.

Teka simultaneously makes in its plants of Germany and Spain the first hob of the European market.

Equinox is acquired by Teka Industrial, S.A. Maintains the same name like society, but it replaces the manufacture and commercialization of stainless sinks by the manufacture, exclusively for ' Teka' , of hoods for domestic use.
1978
Acquisition of a majority participation in the Lackey company, manufacturer of built-in ovens and Vitrogar (enameler plant), both in Zaragoza. Teka Portugal Equipamentos de Cuzinha is constituted and is born Teka Chile, our first branch in the American continent.
1977
Teka Industrial acquires Equinox in Alcala de Henares (Madrid) and Portinox in Granada, companies dedicated in its beginnings solely to the production of sinks. Also this year makes the first electrical oven in Santander. Later, Portinox begins with the production of barrels of beer, gas bottles and other products for the equipment of kitchens for hotels, restaurants and colectivity.
1976
Teka makes the first traditional hood. This same year also we were released in the world of cycling, giving our name to the Sport Group Teka. The Equinox company (Equipos Internacionales Inoxidables, S.A.), pertaining to the Industrial Group Bank of Granada, begins its walking with the manufacture and commercialization of stainless sinks with the brand ' Equinox'.

First sport sponsorship: the Handball Club Teka Cantabria.

Teka France is born, the first commercial office outside Spain, first in Hendaya and later with offices in Paris

Dr. K. Graf is appointed president of the Council of Administration of Teka in Spain and begins a stage of growth, internationalization and consolidation of the group

The Gomez Casuso brothers and the Swiss society Geselschaft für Planung und Entwicklung M.B.H constitute Spanish Teka Hergom, with a share capital of 20 million pesetas.
